You can add all your contact information here. The form you see below uses the zem_contact_reborn and zem_contact_lang plug-ins. There is one other plug-in used for this style. The form is produced by simply adding the
<txp:zem_contact to="me at mysite.com" />
tag to the bottom of this article and changing the email address to something apprpriate. Basic styling is included in the CSS. “Error message” styling is covered by the universal “ul” and “li” styling.
The other plug-in used is smd_calendar which you can see in the sidebar.
